Qualifications
Having trained extensively using various approaches for over 10 years, I finally chose to focus on the body-mind and relational aspects of psychotherapy. I qualifyed as a Psychotherapist through a UKCP accredited course at the Chiron Centre.
Further training has included Rothschild's approach to trauma work, breathwork and mindfulness. For those interested in further details of somatic trauma therapy you could try searching the internet under 'Babette Rothschild'.
